PHIL MOORE

Phil Moore is an Emmy and James Beard Foundation nominated Chicagoan with watered roots in New York. With an analytical mind and expressive heart, he goes beyond the present, smashing conventional molds and blurring the boundaries of culture and content.

Phil's journey started with a deep dive into Qualitative Research Methods and an introduction to advertising through digital marketing (Paid Search <3). He swiftly ascended, orchestrating full-funnel creative campaigns and experiences. From powerhouse brands like Disney, Walmart, Levi’s, to tech giants like Google, Phil works across all verticals, crafting bespoke solutions that seamlessly meld people, brands, and narrative - a holy trinity of sorts.

Phil also steered brand-funded long-form ventures and forged impactful collaborations with influential Black and minority-owned media enterprises such as Blavity, Macro, and Rock the Bells, expanding his influence far beyond conventional horizons.

In the wake of George Floyd’s tragic death and the heightened prominence of the Black Lives Matter movement, Phil spearheaded a think tank of Black professionals, birthing initiatives like Tastemade Seasoning—the company’s pioneering employee affinity group—and "A New Green Book," a groundbreaking travel series in collaboration with YouTube Originals, paying homage to the original Green Book.

Phil’s experiences led him to champion change in media and storytelling, especially in the realm of Black-centered narratives with authentic Black voices. This passion fueled his dedication to producing and directing pieces that coalesce under the banner of Solution-Based Entertainment—content that not only enlightens but also ignites positive change.
