
In 2022, it was evident from both research and common knowledge that the holiday season was centered around community and unity. Kellogg’s Corn Flakes aimed to be the unexpected ingredient that inspired the baker in everyone. What better way to bring people across the nation together than to create a competition with standout bakeries from their region, with a cash prize for charity? Sure, there are better ways but this one was prettttyy sweet. We invited five bakeries from across the US to create unique cookie recipes inspired by their hometowns, using Corn Flakes. Through engaging social content, we documented the creative process of each local bakery. Renowned personality Ross Matthews, known for his appearances on the Tonight Show With Jay Leno and RuPaul's Drag Race, was part of the action, tasting the creations and crowning the winner. Short-form recipe content empowered viewers with the holiday amo needed to show that Corn Flakes are the surprising secret baking ingredients to WOW guests. I mean awe-inspiring Corn Flakes cookies that reflect the communities they serve... now that’s what I call baking a difference.
